Meet Dr. Jeff Hammond and his staff at Hammond Veterinary Hospital in Marlow, Oklahoma! We are please to provide exceptional vet care for your pets!

Dr. Jeff Hammond

Owner

Our Veterinarian, Jeff Hammond graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999 and has been providing quality animal care in Marlow since 2003, when he opened up Hammond Veterinary Hospital. He grew up with a love of animals and a sincere desire to make a difference, not only in animal’s lives, but their owners. A compassionate and caring man, he goes the extra mile to give the best care possible and educate clients in better health care for their pets, and large animals.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hammond is married to his beautiful wife Kim and is the proud Dad to 7 children and 2 bulldogs! When he gets time, he enjoys fishing and golf, and working cattle on his farm.

Charlie Dunbar

Office Manager

Charlie Dunbar is our Office Manager and a first rate Veterinary Assistant. Charlie has a wealth of experience in the Animal Industry, both small and large animal, and this has absolutely been a benefit for our Hospital. A long time Marlow resident, Charlie is calm, cool and collected. Nothing much ruffles him!

Carolyn Neher

Registered Veterinary Technician

Carolyn Neher is our Registered Veterinary Technician and has been working in the Veterinary field since graduating in 1979. Besides working in private practice, Carolyn was an Instructor for 10 years in 2 Veterinary Technician programs, and was the Large Animal Supervisor at the Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine for a short time before circumstances brought her to Oklahoma. She comes with a ranching background and has vast experience in both large and small animals. Carolyn is a great asset in our goal to provide the best health care we can. As a Pastor’s wife, her spare time is normally filled with Church activities and Mission work.

Nila Coffey

Receptionist, Veterinary Assistant

Nila Coffey is our main receptionist and Veterinary Assistant. She came to us with 40 years of Mixed Animal and Equine practice. She is energetic and has a deep love and passion for quality animal care and she definitely has helped us to provide the best health care possible, that we strive for. At home she has several cats, a new dog, and multiple horses that (she spends as much of her spare time as possible with) are her main interest. We are lucky to have her!
